One thing America is good at and that is making knives. W.R. Case & Sons has been crafting pocket knives in Pennsylvania since 1889.

The fave of the Boy Scouts of America, John Deere, John Wayne and the National Turkey Federation, Case knives have even gone into space. You know, just in case…

Almost all the products that come from Cutco are made in New York. I say almost because the company is venturing into garden tools and some of those are made in China.

But Cutco does a good job of letting you know which is which right there in the product descriptions while proudly stating that they employ over 700 people in the U.S.

Beyond knives, you can look to the company for cookware, frying pans, vegetable peelers and more.
